Uk Grant Match (trading as TendersHub, "we", "us", "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates publicly available UK contract opportunities and provides tools to help users discover, track, and apply for relevant tenders. We are not a contracting authority, a bid writer, or a party to any tender.
By registering for or using TendersHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Access to TendersHub requires a paid subscription. You must provide valid payment details to activate your account. Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
You agree not to: scrape or copy our tender database for redistribution; use the platform to provide a competing service; share your account credentials with others; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We make every effort to keep tender information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Always verify tender details directly with the buyer before applying. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information found on TendersHub.
AI-generated content including tender recommendations and bid response drafts is provided for guidance only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
The TendersHub platform, including its software, design, and compiled tender database, is our intellectual property. Tender data sourced from public buyers remains the property of those buyers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TendersHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
