}No. The Developer plans are built for matching: you send a supplier's details and get back the tenders that fit it best. Each tender counts once towards a monthly limit the first time we show it to you (250 a month on Dev Starter, 2,000 on Dev Pro), so these plans can't be used to copy the full database. If you need the full database, Enterprise gives you that and unlimited matching under a signed data licence. Get in touch and we'll scope it with you.
Dev Starter covers /v1/match, /v1/score and the curated feeds. Dev Pro adds /v1/proposal (AI-drafted bid letters) and webhook alerts, plus higher call, result and distinct-tender limits.
